Return Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
If a consumer or business account wishes to cancel an order, no fee will be charged if the entity sends us an e-mail, quote the order reference number or PO number. Otherwise, a restocking fee of 50% will be charged.
If the item has already been shipped, we strongly advise not to open the package. Customers can then arrange for the return of the shipment within 14 days of the arrival of the goods. Please ensure that the product is correctly re-packaged using the original outer packaging. Failing to do so will result in a 50% restocking fee.
Within 14 days of the goods being signed by the customer, the goods must be unused and received by us in a resalable condition, including all accessories, packing, etc. Customers will be required to organise and pay for the return delivery, and insurance against loss or damage to the goods.
All orders shipped directly from manufacturers cannot be cancelled and cannot be returned.
FAULTY PRODUCTS UNDER WARRANTY
In the case of a faulty product, Customers have the right to request a return. Customers will need to mention order number, the purchase date, and the defective item’s serial number. Once we have confirmed that the defective product is still under warranty, one of our agent will attempt to solve the problem by telephone.
If the problem persists, an RMA Number will be issued, and the customer will need to follow our standard RMA procedure.
NON-FAULTY RETURNS CONDITIONS
We hold the right to accept or reject return requests. In order to get the claim taken, the goods must be returned within 14 days of delivery with our prior written agreement. With the seals of the manufacturers intact and in perfect, resalable condition, the goods must be unopened. All non-default returns are subject to a restocking fee of 50%.
GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT:
If goods are visibly damaged upon receival, it is imperative to sign with the courier for the goods as damaged upon arrival, and then contact us immediately on (Phone) or e-mail us at contact@alfalahllc.com. If items have been damaged in transit, we ask you to report them to us within two working days of delivery.
CONDITION WHEN REPLACEMENT CAN NOT BE FULFILLED
The item is not found faulty against the information given on the RMA form.
The item has been tampered with or is physically damaged.
How do I return items to Al Falah?
To return an item, we require a Return Authorization Number. We encourage you to contact our support team to receive a return number. We will include the amount of your order and the description of the item(s) you want to return.
Al Falah reserves the right to deny all returns to a customer who has proved to be difficult.
